Mike
Mike is a highly experienced business trainer and consultant. After an initial career as an English and Drama teacher, he moved into a commercial career spanning all types of business from Multi-national to Entrepreneurial. He has worked at senior level in several large organisations, including ICI and Philips.
Mike is a qualified executive coach, and CIM (Marketing) Diploma qualified. He is also a qualified market researcher – which brings a high level of business acumen to the work he does with clients.
Mike regularly trains staff at all levels, from new starters through to boardroom level and delivers executive level coaching for MD’s, FD’s and other senior managers. He also designs and delivers a range of tailored courses including Marketing & Selling, Project & Time Management, Communications, and ‘Train the Trainer’.
As a consultant trainer with Skillstudio, Mike is responsible for delivering our presentation and communication skills workshops, and our 1-2-1 coaching in both the UK and Europe. Through his international training experience he is able to help clients communicate with impact in different cultures and styles and in a wide range of settings; from conferences and exhibitions to Board level reviews. Mike is engaging and fun to work with, he brings with him a wealth of experience, insight and innovation to all his training.
