Marcia

Marcia is a very experience trainer and coach with a strong background in HR, recruitment and staff development. She has worked in a variety of business sectors including the travel and hotel industries and the banking industry.

Marcia’s early career began as a professional actor in TV, Radio and Theatre , having trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Her acting skills have greatly enhanced her delivery style as a trainer. She has also designed numerous training courses including customer service, assertiveness, team leadership. appraisal training, recruitment and interviewing and train the trainer .

Marcia has a Cert. Ed, from The University of Greenwich and she is a Higher Education lecturer in business studies and communications. She is also a NLP Practitioner, a qualified hypnotherapist and a life coach. She is also a qualified NVQ assessor in Customer Service and Business Administration.

Marcia believes that learning and development should be exciting and motivating to help people make the changes they want to make. As a consultant trainer with Skillstudio, she is responsible for delivering our presentation and communication skills workshops and our 1-2-1 coaching sessions. Marcia is passionate about helping people to overcome the barriers that stop them achieving their personal and business goals. Whether it is to gain confidence, secure new business, or be able to communicate with greater impact.
