Kate

Kate is a highly experienced language and communication skills trainer with many years’ experience in delivering training in the corporate sector.  In this time she has honed her specialism in the effective use of the voice and body language in interview and presentation skills training.

She has a BA in Acting from the Central School of Speech and Drama, and she is also an experienced actress in theatre, television and film. Having graduated from the MA Voice Studies course at Central, she has established herself as a visiting voice lecturer at drama schools. She is also an expert vocal coach in the business environment.  She is also qualified to teach English as a Foreign Language.

Kate teaches to promote a self-reliant awareness of one’s voice production and its impact. Confidence-building is an integral part of her training and she also includes the use of NLP techniques to help people develop a confident and engaging communication style. She is passionate about helping clients to achieve their full potential in effective communication to meet the needs of their respective working environment.

As a Skillstudio training consultant, Kate is responsible for delivering our presentation, communication and vocal technique training.  Whether training people at beginner, intermediate of advanced level, Kate’s pursuit of excellence in her field is underpinned by her accessibility, enthusiasm and confidence.
