Helen H

Helen is a highly experienced actress and coaching professional. Having graduated from Mountview Academy of Performing Arts with a Diploma, she gained an LRAM Teaching Diploma in Speech & Drama from Middlesex University. She then began a long association with West End Musicals and Theatre having starred in many leading roles including MAMMA MIA, BLOOD BROTHERS, LES MISERABLES and MY FAIR LADY.
Helen has also enjoyed a successful television career including roles in EastEnders, The Bill and Heartbeat. She recently made her film debut in LOVELORN, which premiers in New York, in October 2009.
As a trainer, mentor and industry practitioner, Helen brings a wealth of experience and wisdom into corporate training. Clients find her methods and techniques inspiring and practical. She currently teaches at several leading Drama schools in London, coaching Voice, speech presentation, acting through song and audition technique. She regularly sits on the Scholarship Audition Panels for Mountview, is an external assessor for Trinity Laban, Arts Educational and is also an Associate of LAMDA.
Helen also runs her own Health and Nutrition Company helping people to achieve their health and life skills, including weight-loss and sports nutrition.
As a Skillstudio training consultant Helen incorporates an effective mix of live performance and business experience into her training. She regularly delivers our vocal impact and 1-2-1 coaching sessions. Her highly energetic and engaging training style allows individuals to develop their skills and realise their true potential.
