Finola

Finola is an engaging and charismatic business skills trainer and coach.  She has a Business Degree and post-graduate certificate in Business Enterprise and she is a Business Mentor and Consultant for organisations such as The Prince’s Trust and Coventry University Enterprise Works.

Finola is a classically trained singer and has performed in venues including the Birmingham Symphony Hall, Cardiff’s Millennium Centre and she performed for Hilary Clinton in her USA Senate Campaign.  Finola is also a highly skilled vocal coach and is regularly invited to speak as a vocal expert on BBC Radio.  She was a voice coach for the TV show “Can’t Sing Singers” and she also has experience as a Compere, Radio Presenter and Voice-over Artist.

Finola has brought her unique brand of vocal training to the business environment and has designed bespoke courses for both private and public sector organisations.  She works with executives of all levels including CEO’s and Senior Managers.  She has worked on a government research project in collaboration with the University of Warwick’s International Automotive Research Centre and she has also recently worked in contact centres, evaluating Sales Managers and their Teams.  This has led her to develop and design motivational training for optimum sales targets, incorporating the use of NLP to achieve maximum results.

As a consultant trainer with Skillstudio, Finola’s ability to connect with people means she is highly engaging both in offering 121 training and delivering in-house and our public workshops.
