We have delivered a series of interview skills workshops for the Department of Health – for internal promotions within the organisation .  Our client asked us to provide tailored interview skills training that would address the challenges of different types of interviews that their staff may face.  Some of the key areas covered included:

  • Preparing for competency style interviews
  • Delivering interview presentations
  • Increasing personal impact at interviews

We have delivered sessions in full and half day workshops.  In all of our interview skills workshops individual interview practice and feedback has been very important to help delegates develop their interview technique and boost their overall confidence.
